Deadlines can be tight. We understand that trades can run over and deadlines can become tight. It is not pleasant calling your client and telling them that they will have to wait another day, week, month to move into their new home or office. To make this easier for you, one of our brand promises is that we will complete any residential builders clean in one day, and any commercial builders clean up to 500 square meters in one day and up to 5,000 square meters in one week.


Have a trade fall behind, or a material out of stock, we get it! Things go wrong and you need to change the date. Just give us 24 hours notice and we can change the date without any fees.

Our Process

On the day of the job, our team of six to eight people including a team leader will arrive on time with all required equipment in our well-equipped van’s. After a quick toolbox meeting where each member will be assigned a task or area, we will get straight to work.

When we clean we work from top to bottom, back to front. This includes the underside of built in tops, back, sides, back and front of doors/draw fronts and the top of the base, We do this to ensure we do not miss any area and so that we don’t move any dust or debris onto an already cleaned surface.

All dust is vacuumed first then damp wiped. This ensures we don’t put dust into the air to re-settle on surfaces. We use N class vacuum’s which are safe for plaster dust, silica, etc.

We will remove any protective coatings and stickers from cabinetry and fixtures, unless you request us not too.

Our team members work in pairs and cross check each others work to avoid missing any areas. The Team Leader will make a final inspection towards the end of the job to ensure satisfaction.

As our cleaners need to look at and clean every surface, it is easy for them to find any defects that are evident. When we do find a defect, we place a numbered sticker on the surface, take a photo and send these photos together with a defect list at the end of the job.
